FEES AND INVOICES

What is a success fee?

Wampuu thinks that lead fees and marketing costs are unfair to agents looking for guaranteed House Sellers. The success fee is only payable when an agent is selected to sell a house, so ensuring that your marketing costs are based on actual results.

How much is the success fee?

The success fee is 3% of the estimated fee + VAT.

This is based on the % fee offered and the valuation

For example:

Your fee is 1.4%, you value the house at £100,000

The success fee is £42

Compared to newspaper advertising, Wampuu is the most cost effective advertising to get new sellers in the UK.

How do I pay the success fee?

When you are selected by a house seller to become their agent, an invoice is automatically generated by Wampuu. You must pay the invoice within 10 working days through Wampuu's payment system.

What happens if the seller does not go through with putting their house on the market.

In the rare event that a seller decides not to put their house on the market, Wampuu does not expect to pay a fee and once confirmed will refund any fees to your account.

Do I have to pay any extra fees if we make more commission than we estimated?

No, in many cases agents can pay the success fee many times over when they successfully achieve a a great market price for the House Seller.

What happens if I don't pay an invoice on time?

Wampuu automatically reminds you when its time to pay an invoice. If you still do not pay then your access may be switched off until you settle your account.

WAMPUU MEMBERSHIP & FEEDBACK

Can any Estate Agent be a member of Wampuu?

All Estate Agents can join Wampuu however they must have a customer facing office. Whilst web based agents are available, research shows that the high street is still a fundamental part of the House Sale process and so we have decided just to work with agents that offer this.

Why do you require my account to be activated before I can start bidding?

The activation process is to ensure that your e-mail address is correct so that any further communications with house sellers do not get sent to the wrong address or delayed.
