Feedback is the reviews that previous customers leave regarding the service that they experienced from their Estate Agent. It may cover how friendly they were, their ability to get issues resolved as well as the price they were able to get for the customers house.

Feedback is really important to ensure that the Estate Agent that you choose is going to make selling your house, a great experience.

Once a House Seller has selected an Estate Agent they will be able to go into their account and leave feedback on the quality of service offered by their chosen Estate Agent. Feedback is in the form of a star rating (1-5 stars) and additional text if the House Seller wants to write more details. Most House Sellers will provide feedback once their house has been sold, but its completely up to you.

Once you have provided feedback, a House Seller is unable to go back and edit it. If you would still like to update the feedback then you can e-mail Wampuu with further details
